Healthy Fit Mama :)
Made it thru a ” 30-60-90″ class last nite at the gym. Was not easy with what felt like a watermelon attached to my belly, but I made it thru.
Really focusing on staying healthy and strong during this pregnancy, and not using it as an excuse to “let go”. So many have told me to just relax about it and not worry- but the truth is I’d rather try my best to maintain the healthy habits I’ve developed over they years than to have a lot of work to do to get back on track after delivery.
So exciting yet scared at the same time at the prospect of being a mother. Its something Ive wanted for so long, and part of me cant believe its finally going to happen! 🙂
Tonite is a nite off from the gym- but we’re back on tomorrw for some more cardio!!
